Recognizing the value of Arkansas veterans, the ADVA Veteran Employment Specialist (VES) Program will serve as the state’s leading advocate and resource for connecting veterans to meaningful and sustainable employment. The VES Program will remain responsive to the changing needs of Arkansas’ veteran community, ensuring that every veteran has the opportunity to attain the highest quality of life through purposeful civilian careers.
