Military & Veterans Affairs Liaison

Dustin Singer serves as the Military & Veterans Affairs Liaison for the State of Arkansas, helping bridge the gap between military service and civilian success. Working through Home Base Arkansas — an initiative of the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs (ADVA) founded under Secretary Robert “Ator” II to realize the Governor’s vision of world-class, wrap-around services for Arkansas veterans — Dustin leads statewide efforts to connect veterans, employers, and communities in powerful, lasting ways.

With a background in both military leadership and workforce development, Dustin focuses on career placement, résumé transformation, and employer partnership building. He helps service members translate their MOS and deployment experience into competitive civilian résumés, prepares them for interviews, and personally connects them with vetted Arkansas employers who value military skill sets. His hands-on approach has led to a high success rate in job placements, and his collaborative partnerships ensure those placements turn into long-term careers.

Through Home Base Arkansas, Dustin helps advance a statewide mission: to make Arkansas the premier destination for veterans to live, work, and thrive. By combining empathy with data-driven results, he ensures every veteran he assists doesn’t just transition — they belong, succeed, and build a future here in the Natural State.
