POW/MIA Flags to Fly at Rest Stops
(Little Rock) Mr. Dan Flowers, Director of the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department, recently informed the veteran service organizations that the POW/MIA flag will begin flying year-long at all 12 Arkansas Welcome Centers and at the two Rest Areas that have flag poles.
