Holiday Party at Arkansas State Veterans Home
(Little Rock) Festivities abound Friday, December 14, as the veterans at the Arkansas State Veterans Home enjoyed food and entertainment while celebrating the holidays. The Christmas Spirit filled the halls and auditorium as the Home came alive with greetings from friends and family who came by to join in. A lunch with all the holiday trimmings and snacks were welcomed and enjoyed by the residents. The Warren Crow Band provided great entertainment performing traditional Christmas songs along with a few country-rock classics such as “Elvira” and “Leroy Brown”. The activities department and cooks put a lot of time and effort into this year’s celebration making it joyous for everyone.
