Arkansas Veterans Cemetery Foundation

On November 11, 2001, Arkansas' patriotic citizens dedicated the new State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Our federal government fully funded the award winning design and construction of the cemetery. The Arkansas state government, under the direction of the Department of Veterans Affairs, assumed the responsibility of maintaining the cemetery.
An integral part of establishing a new cemetery of this magnitude is the task of landscaping and beautifying the grounds and facilities. This important task has become the responsibility of the equily new Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery Beautification Foundation.
The Foundation is now actively soliciting donations and pledges that will be used only for the foundation goals.
Since the Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, all gifts are tax deductible to the donor.
Mr. A. M. Armstrong is the current Chairman. You may contact Ms. Pat Brooks, Treasurer at
(479) 207-0739 or (479) 637-0787 for further information.
Two Missions Unite
The staff of the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery is dedicated to providing an honorable place of rest for veterans of the State of Arkansas; to preserve the dignity, beauty, and serenity of this new state-of-the-art facility; and to honor all who sacrificied so much, making possible the freedoms we enjoy everyday.
The Cemetery Beautification Foundation is dedicated to providing the funds necessary to landscape, beautify, and maintain the splendor of this outstanding new facility.
You and your organization's gifts and pledges will be used ONLY for the Foundation's goals.
